Product description
The Cryo Stage 02 (CS02) offers orthogonal xyz positioning with high load capacity in a compact and robust package. It combines two CBS positioners for xy motion with a CLA positioner for vertical motion. The latter allows the CS02 to take loads up to 1kg. The detachable OFHC reference frame (for CS021 only) offers users a rigid and stationary interface to attach for instance probes or optics close to the moving table.
