Our company produces the DXM7635B-SK horizontal Double End grinding machine, specifically designed for grinding large square blocks and large square plates with a thickness of 3mm or more for precision grinding products. The equipment adopts an automatic feeding method and is highly adaptable. Various specifications can be processed within the processing range by simply changing the feeding structural parts.
Mechanical Part
1. Grinding Head Feed System
The grinding head feed system adopts a ball screw + linear guide structure, equipped with a precision reducer and servo motor, with a unilateral feed accuracy of 0.002mm.
2. Feed-Locking Mechanism
A feed-locking mechanism is added to bear the axial force generated during the grinding process.
3. Servo Grinding Head Power
The grinding head power adopts a servo motor, which can appropriately adjust the grinding wheel speed within a safe range and adjust the forward and reverse rotation of the left and right grinding heads as needed.
4. Improved Protective Covers
The grinding wheel protective cover, rubber wheel protective cover, and machine protective cover have been improved, optimizing the machine's waterproof performance and appearance.
5. Improved Rubber Wheel Feeding System
The rubber wheel feeding system has been improved, making feeding more compact and convenient, and solving problems such as excessive transmission links and water leakage on the workbench in older equipment.
6. Digital Gauge Guide Adjustment
Ripple digital gauges are installed on the front and rear supports, and front and rear guide components, making the adjustment of guide plates more convenient and faster.
7. Integrated Electrical Box
The base shape has been changed, with the electrical box incorporated into the base, reducing the footprint and facilitating operator manipulation.
8. Independent Conveyor Drive
The conveyor belt has been improved to be driven by an independent motor with adjustable speed.
9. Adjustable Conveyor Height
The conveyor belt height is adjustable, making operation convenient and simple.
10. Improved Machine Appearance
The overall appearance has been improved, with the base painted in dark gray and the interior in light gray, creating a good visual effect and a high-end, elegant appearance.
11. Automatic Lubrication
An automatic oil pump is equipped to lubricate the ball screw, linear guide, and rubber wheel carriage.
12. Optional Intelligent Control Terminal
An optional intelligent control terminal can be equipped to feedback on the production status of the grinding machine to the control terminal for control of output, size, automatic adjustment, and status.
Electrical Part
1. PLC and Touchscreen Control
PLC control and touchscreen display are used, making the control circuit simpler and easier to maintain.
2. Circuit Fault Detection
It has a circuit fault detection function. When a circuit problem occurs, the touch screen displays the fault cause in a timely manner and stops the machine.
3. Motor Safety Self-Locking
It has a motor safety self-locking function to effectively protect the main motor from overcurrent caused by misoperation.
4. Grinding Head Motor Control
The grinding head motor is controlled by a frequency converter, allowing the motor operating speed to be set on the touch screen and monitoring the operating voltage, current, and power of the grinding head motor in real time.
5. Intelligent Grinding Head Feed Stroke
The grinding head feed stroke adjustment is intelligent. By using a servo motor to control the grinding head feed stroke, it is convenient to set the grinding head feed stroke on the touch screen to achieve intelligent and digital adjustment of the feed stroke. The minimum feed adjustment stroke can reach 1um.
6. Industrial Internet of Things Interface
The device controller provides an Ethernet interface for easy connection to the industrial Internet of Things control system.
