It adopts a worm gear reducer for manual operation, which is light and effortless, ensures smooth grinding head feed, and has good self-locking properties.
2. Improved Sheet Metal Protection
The grinding wheel guard, rubber wheel guard, and the entire machine guard have been improved, enhancing the machine's waterproof performance.
3. Improved Rubber Wheel Feeding Method
The newly designed rubber wheel feeding mechanism has a reasonable feeding structure, flexible adjustment for calibration, and moderately soft and hard polyurethane rubber wheels that allow for smooth abrasive feeding.
4. Improved Guide Structure
The front and rear brackets have been improved, with the addition of a micro-adjustment structure, optimizing operation and making it more convenient and quick to adjust the front and rear guide components.
5. Independent Conveyor Belt Feeding Mechanism
