Capacitive Pulse Magnetizer
DX-MAG series capacitive pulse magnetizing/demagnetizing machines are composed of high-voltage oil-immersed pulse capacitors, silicon-controlled rectifiers (SCRs), and control circuits.
The system provides low energy consumption, high efficiency, fast magnetizing speed, and flexible magnetizing-fixture solutions for permanent-magnet products.
Product Overview
DX-MAG series capacitive pulse magnetizing/demagnetizing machines are composed of high-voltage oil-immersed pulse capacitors, silicon-controlled rectifiers (SCRs), and control circuits.
The AC power supply increases the voltage through an isolation transformer and is then converted into DC through a rectifier to charge the capacitor. The resulting high-voltage DC energy is stored in the capacitor.
When the preset voltage is reached, the charging circuit is switched off. The SCR then controls the discharge of the stored energy through the magnetizing coil, generating a strong magnetic field to magnetize the permanent magnet to saturation.
The DX-MAG series capacitive pulse magnetizer is suitable for magnetizing permanent-magnet products such as horns, DC motors, DC fans, stepping motors, rubber magnets, toys, and other magnetic components.
The system provides low energy consumption, high efficiency, fast magnetizing speed, and flexible magnetizing-fixture solutions. Various magnetizing fixtures can be designed according to the customer's product requirements.
